WHAT IS YINTELLIGENCE ?

The combination of Yin Yoga, intelligent bodywork and myofascial release

Yintelligence is a gentle and playful way to explore and rediscover your body and support joint health. It combines Yin Yoga postures with various other effective techniques.

* Slow and creative movements (joint mobilization)*
* Passive, deep and long stretches (Yin Yoga)*
* Self-massage and trigger point stimulation with the tennis ball for deep
   myofascial relaxation (MFR)*
* Stimulation of various acupuncture points during Yin Yoga positions *
* Isometric exercises (muscles are tensed, strengthening in a gentle way) *
* Resistance training *
* Activation of the Lymphatic System and stimulation of the lymph flow *

Through the various techniques, combined with breath awareness, you will find more ease and joy in practicing the Yin Yoga poses and dive into stillness.

YINTELLIGENCE COURSE OVERVIEW

 

Have you been practicing or teaching Yin Yoga for a while and love this gentle and deeply opening yoga practice, but are looking for new inspiration and ideas? Then I would like to invite you on an exciting journey into your body and mind in this course.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to become more pliable and freer in your everyday movements? Would you like to learn effective self-help tools for releasing unpleasant tension and alleviating existing pain, e.g., in your back? Would you also like to increase the mobility of your joints, improve your posture and stability, stimulate the flow of energy in your body, and thus increase your overall well-being?

In this training course, you will learn various effective techniques that specifically target your connective tissue, known as fascia, thereby releasing tension and adhesions in the myofascial tissue so that pain can be alleviated or even disappear completely, actively supporting and accelerating the healing process.

I will show you how you can expand and supplement your own Yin Yoga practice and your teaching in a simple way, with few resources, different tools, mindfulness, and a little routine, and how you can stimulate your fascia tissue even more effectively and specifically.

With regular Yintelligence practice, pain in your body can be reduced or disappear completely. Experience a new body awareness of deep connection, freedom, flexibility, and well-being.

You will discover many new ways to adapt and shape your own practice so that you can move with greater ease and feel freer in your body overall. It’s about getting the best out of the practice for yourself and your body. It is a unique, functional practice that is tailored to the needs of your body, deeply relaxing and, on top of that, a lot of fun.

Yintelligence is also a wonderful complementary practice to any sporting activity and your training, regardless of which sport you practice in your everyday life. Yoga, martial arts, fitness training, running, cycling, climbing, and much more.

After the course, you will be familiar with the meaningful and effective structure of a Yintelligence class for your own practice or for passing on Yintelligence to others.

Immerse yourself with Yintelligence practice

This weekend, we are consciously taking a lot of time for practice. The entire body is massaged, mobilized, stretched, and important acupuncture and trigger points are stimulated. You can let go, regenerate, and recharge your batteries, and you’ll feel like you’re on a retreat rather than a training course. So not only will you gain lots of new inspiration and tools, but you’ll also be able to enjoy a real break.
